Cancellation Policy
Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly.
Therefore all reservations made at Tuck Hotel are non-refundable.
All reservations will be charged in full upon reservation, including California Occupancy Tax (14%) and City Tax (1.5%).
If any full or partial cancellation is made, regardless of the reason, your deposit will remain non-refundable.
You are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.
For any change of dates, we will accommodate a rescheduling of your reservation for up to one (1) year from your original arrival date.
After check-in, a shortened stay will remain charged in full per the original reservation.
All changes are subject to availability.
Travel Insurance
We realize that cancellations are often beyond your control.
For this reason, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
Deposit

Maximum Room Occupancy
All rooms have a Queen or King sized bed and can accommodate up to two adults.
Our rooms do not accommodate cribs or extra beds.
No children are allowed at the property.
Check-in and Check-out
Our check-in is anytime after 3 pm.
If you arrive early, we are happy to store your luggage until check-in time.
Our check-out time is by 11 am.
Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in and register for a hotel room.
We are a Smoke-Free Hotel
Tuck Hotel is a 100% non-smoking property.
A $250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed to any room where guests have smoked with disregard for our policy.
Guest Responsibility
While accidents happen, guests will be financially responsible for damage due to gross negligence.
Pets
Tuck Hotel strictly does not allow pets in hotel rooms.
